◎简　　介
　　　　在第二次击败宿敌——黑人拳王阿波罗·克里德（Carl Weathers 饰）后，当初贫民窟出身的穷小子洛奇（西尔维斯特·史泰龙 Sylvester Stallone 饰）逐渐走上事业的顶峰。他先后十次卫冕，创造了重量级拳王的不败神话，受到来此各界的疯狂追捧。原本打算引退的洛奇受到了黑人拳击手克鲁伯（Mr. T 饰）的挑战，他不顾经纪人米基（Burgess Meredith 饰）的阻拦，决然走入擂台，却遭遇了生涯中久违的惨败。在此之后，米基因心脏病去世，洛奇也陷入消沉。就在这关键时刻，阿波罗出现在洛奇面前，他要帮助这个昔日的劲敌重新振作起来，寻找属于自己的荣光……
