◎简　　介
　　　　一側耍浑b狗，在一年當中伴隨季節交替的生活樣貌。長年獨居於輕井澤山間的作家阿勉，一日三餐、一年四季的飲食都取自大自然，山野中的果實、香菇、野草、竹筍皆可上桌。阿勉的文字編輯同時也是女友的真知子，有時會從東京來他的住處拜訪，；而一起烹煮當季食材，然後和心愛的人一起品嚐的料理是最美味。從立春到冬至，懷著感恩之心去收下這些由大自然所孕育出的食物，就像是懷抱一股珍惜活在此刻瞬間的感受。阿勉在山野生活中，慢慢習得何為人生的精髓。無論是料理、灑掃呤菍懽鳎⒚懔晳T將每天該做的事都一一細心做好，雖然如此，至今卻仍無法決定該如何處理13年前就已過世的妻子骨灰……                                    
    本片改編自作家水上勉的料理散文【吃土的日子】，由演技派的澤田研二與松隆子主演，電影中的料理出自料理之神土井善晴之手，這是一部用四季料理描繪人生之味的電影。日本的茶道及花道將無形的禪融入於具體的事物中，本作則將禪融合在日常的料理之中，做菜如此，做其他事情也是如此，灑掃、洗衣、釀酒、寫作，無論做什麼都全心全意，活在當下，這就是禪。
