　　　　超现实主义大师路易斯．布纽尔编导的一部生活哲理片。法国著名影星凯瑟琳．德诺芙成功地演出了一个具有双重性格的女人。本片对人性的阴暗面进行了探索，剖析和批判。故事讲述一个人格扭曲的中产阶级的贵妇，她一方面深爱着丈夫，一方面又不满足中产阶级家庭的生活，偷偷跑到妓院卖淫。影片以超现实和新写真的手法对这类双重人格的人的精神和肉体生活作了大胆的有价值的探讨。                                    
    路易斯·布努艾尔从西班牙来到巴黎学习艺术，结识了一大帮当时的风云人物。凭着他母亲提供的资金，他和超现实主义绘画大师达利合作拍摄了电影史上最为著名的短片《一条安达鲁狗》。《白日美人》是他的女性三部曲之一，另外两部是《女仆日记》和《维里迪安娜》。他的电影入得了电影史的估计和瑞典导演英格玛·伯格曼差不多。该片曾获得威尼斯电影节金狮奖和最佳女主角。                                    
    性幻想                                    
    性幻想在布努艾尔的很多影片中都有，这也是超现实主义关注的一个重要题材。生活在一个富裕、良好家庭里的妻子，而女性身份往往被人们忽视。她的角色是妻子、母亲或者女主人。她的生活也是无所事事的，惟有寄托在一些无聊的幻想上。布努艾尔从时代出发对资产阶级总是保持着一种微妙的谨慎的审视。他本人也是出生在西班牙一个资产阶级家庭里，所以对这样的家庭不无巧妙的讽刺和嘲笑。正如影片中描写那样，那位妻子在妓院里遇到的那些形形色色的资产阶级人物，也许同时，她的丈夫也正出入在另一家妓院。                                    
    在大师的片子里，你不能指望得到太多的情色方面的视觉享受，但一定会引起你对这方面的思考。在《白日美人》滑稽、荒诞、嘲弄、微妙的叙事里，你会得到更多的其他的方面的享受。有时这种享受有着比情色更为不可言说的妙处，强烈建议一看。
