◎简　　介
　　　　为了巩固两人的婚姻，泰迪（塞思·麦克法兰 Seth MacFarlane 配音）和泰米琳（杰西卡·巴斯 Jessica Barth 饰）产生了要一个孩子的念头，在尝试了各种方法无果后，两人决定领养。然而，此时泰迪却发现政府并没有将他当做一个真正的“人”，而仅仅只是一份“财产”，因此，他不仅无法领养孩子，还丧失了身为一个“人”的所有公民权利——信用卡报废，工作泡汤，就连他和泰米琳的婚姻也成了一纸空文。
