◎简　　介
　　　　虽然萨拉（詹妮弗·康纳利 Jennifer Connelly 饰）自己就是个孩子，但她依旧得担负起照顾弟弟托比（托比·弗劳德 Toby Froud 饰）的责任，无奈托比是个不听话的小孩，在他无休止的哭闹中，萨拉很快就丧失了全部的耐心。                                    
    萨拉所读的童话故事里有一个可以实现人们愿望的小妖精国王，萨拉赌气地向他许愿，希望他能够带走烦人的弟弟，没想到愿望成真，小妖精国王贾斯（大卫·鲍伊 David Bowie 饰）出现在了萨拉的面前并掠走了托比。贾斯告诉萨拉若想救回弟弟，萨拉必须在规定时间内穿越一座巨大而复杂的迷宫，若失败了，托比将永远呆在妖精的世界里再也回不了家。为了弥补自己所犯下的过错，勇敢的萨拉毅然踏上了冒险的旅途。
