◎简　　介
　　　　王凤仪（王祖贤 饰）的父亲王冬（付宏达 饰）是全兴社的老大，而王凤仪却爱上了身为警察的吕建达（林俊贤 饰），两人之间虽然感情十分要好，但身处的立场和地位不同，两人时常会爆发矛盾与争吵。督查钟秋月（莫少聪 饰）是吕建达的好友，他也被王凤仪的善良和美丽所吸引，不可自拔地坠入情网。 王冬最终还是锒铛入狱，无奈之下，他的社团只得由王凤仪来继承。王凤仪不希望社团再做违法的勾当，遭到了帮派里各头目的反对。何世昌（龙方 饰）曾是王冬的手下，一直觊觎王凤仪的美貌，终于找到机会将她玷污。钟秋月得知真相想替王凤仪报仇，没想到却惨遭暗算。
